Roles and responsibilities for the position :
- Should have experience in handling complex Inbound processes
- Must be excellent with written and spoken English
- Ability to handle difficult and challenging situations
- Should have experience in handling NH batches
- Showcase methodologies to reduce learning curves and improve NH delivery
- Airline experience will be an added advantage
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs
- Consult with other trainers, managers and leadership
- Track and compile collected data
- Conceptualize training materials
- Communicate training needs + Refresher trainings based on TNI/BQM
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all training materials
- New Hire training
