As an influencer specialist, you will be expected to:
- Understand social media apps such as Instagram, Helo, Sharechat, Youtube, Tiktok and more
- Identify, build relationships and develop a rapport with micro, nano and mass influencers - this would involve regular tele calling, WhatsApp communication (group / personal text) and scheduling offline meetups with influencers in collaboration
- Research relevant influencers, Instagram pages, YouTube channels, other social media presence according to the target audience & requirements mentioned by the management team
- Acquire social media marketing insights & trends to keep influencer acquisition strategies up-to- date
- Liaise with the business team to create and execute marketing strategies that work across different channels
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- 1-2 year experience post a Bachelor's degree
- In-depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with great time management skills
- Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
