ONE Co. Work - Community Manager (3-9 yrs)
About the Position:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with extremely strong execution and social skills to join our team. The Community Manager will directly report to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for community development and engagement at One CoWork. This is a highly-engagement role and thus requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about their responsibilities.
Overall Responsibilities
- Be the go to person in the Centre for the all the coworkers. Also strengthen the community by making active connections, organizing regular coworker meetups, events etc.
- Lead events to execution. Manage the local events calendar and ensure a constant flow of events.
- Represent One CoWork in various startup events (internal and external)
- Support and lead marketing for the Centre. Manage outreach channels (social media, mailing list, etc) to spread the word about all the One CoWork events.
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurial networks and coworkers.
- Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations.
- Can write creative and eye catchy blogs.
- Bring in new ideas to help One CoWork shine bringht.
Experience and Requirements
- Experience in same field is preferred.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding and experience managing a team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities.
- Passion and understanding for One CoWork's mission and values.
