Ondot Media - Social Media Specialist (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- This position will be responsible for Social Media Marketing, content creation - contributing significantly towards creating and sustaining social media strategy and online relationship management(ORM) ; Supporting B2C as well as B2B businesses of the Group
- Create and maintain company social media pages, accounts and profiles
- Copywriting knowledge to develop, create & conceptualise, innovative and engaging social media posts across multiple social media platforms
like Facebook, Insta, Linkedin, Twitter, Snapchat, Quora etc.
- Build & execute social media strategy through research & audience identification.
- Responsible for online relationship management (ORM) ; Driving social media engagement rates for consideration funnel; closely measuring performance for each campaign
- Knowledge of #tags, Instagram stories, Facebook live and digital media trends
- Knowledge of Hootsuite/ unmetrics/kissmetrics/sproutsocial i.e. relevant social media analytics and social media posting platforms
- Working knowledge of social media advertising & analytics
- Create & maintain campaign performance reporting - reflecting and adopting changes as per campaign & social media marketing strategy and best practices
- Collaboration with design & other internal teams as required for brand management and creative purposes
- Knowledge of anlaytics tool like facebook insights, Google analytics
- Understand the customer sentiment & reaction to company's products & service
- Continually work on improving / increasing company's brand visibility, followers & likes on social media page
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Past experience in working for QSR (quick service restaurant), Automotive/consumer segments; B2B experience of social media marketing an added advantage
- MBA in Marketing (preferred)/ a degree course in marketing
- 2+ years of experience of building online presence on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Insta, Youtube i.e social media marketing platforms
- Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
- Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a team member
- Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience
- Proofreading and Editing Skills
- Experience of working in an agency (preferred)
- Interpersonal, team working skills
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills
