Ondot Media - Assistant Manager - Content Writing (3-9 yrs)
- We are looking for a Team Lead, Content with an ability to work across multiple teams through influence to drive multiple internal content projects to completion.
- He/she should have a strong ability to understand concepts & deliver expectations on content best practices, while handling an internal team
- Candidate will be working closely together with our Marketing Director and Creative head to understand needs and translate them into copy requirements for digital as well as off-line activations across group companies. Responsible for delivery of innovative narratives and campaign messaging across digital media, video, mobile, and audio platforms that connect brands to customers in collaboration with creative head.
- Owns copywriting function - from brainstorming and conception to delivering first class marketing copy for innovative narratives and campaign messaging
- Translate marketing ideas, strategies into creative content execution, partnering with business/marketing teams to ensure that content meets brand and business objectives - Work on a variety of marketing copy for web advertising, social media, print and outdoor advertising and other brand campaigns as required by group companies
- Writing copy for digital advertising across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other mediums.
- Creating scripts for radio jingles, campaign videos and creatives as per advert. & business requirement
- Jointly interact with the team to deliver campaign best practices across brands
- Work with the Graphic Designers and creative head to articulate design requirements clearly
- Create headlines, slogans, catchphrases, strapline and body copy for print advertising and leaflets in line with company positioning as well as campaign and social media post copies
- Conduct adequate research & gathering relevant material for interactive content development
- Monitor digital, industry and competition trends to identify potential business avenues and improve current content offerings
- Provide original, witty, and well-written copy for different mediums while maintaining a consistent brand image
- Support multiple internal teams across the globe for their content project needs.
An ideal candidate should have :
- Strong ideation, creative content, and copywriting skills around digital, social media and print -
- 5 - 6 years of experience with a digital agency or in mainstream corporate working for digital campaigns) and writing and getting copies executed
- International digital copywriting (India & GCC) experience for food-service organizations will be an added advantage
- Someone with both B2B & B2C copywriting experience would be further
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to come up with interesting content
- Ability to work with various stakeholders under deadlines to ensure that all projects are on track
- Experience working with Grammarly
- Clear understanding of digital campaign objectives and experience creating content to achieve them
- A blend of strategy and creativity, overseeing ideas, projects and deliveries
- A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations or related field preferred - A postgraduate degree is preferable but not mandatory
