Onboarding Specialist - IT (1-6 yrs)
Headquartered - United States
Location - Pune (Work from Office)
Role - Onboarding Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provisioning and configuring new information systems for Sandbox and Production environments
- Manage appropriate levels of access to data, application and resources and ensure its availability to Users
- Help customers resolve their technical issues and provide solutions
- Communicate with customers and gather information on data and system requirements before, during and after onboarding to ensure seamless onboarding experience
- Monitor and analyse customer account user-created content for pernicious activity)
- Gather feedback on system usability from the customers and timely intervene to resolve any pain points, if and as necessary, in collaboration with technical and clinical content teams
- Timely communicate the feedback from the customers with appropriate teams
Required skills:
Bachelor's Degree - Technical background or related field
Work experience of 2 - 5 years implementation/ training roles and managing customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with empathy, excellent analytical and problem - solving skills, excellent documentation skills
