This enables people to form closed and highly trusted clubs within which they can Save, Invest and borrow money more efficiently. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be making verification calls to the leads on a daily basis and onboard the new users.
What you will do:
- Maintaining a record of the application forms and the verification data.
- Adding verified users to the trial (Pilot) clubs and managing those clubs to help the new users understand the functioning of the platform.
- Building a good relationship with the users and resolve their queries
Candidate Profile :
What you need to have:
- Experienced in customer on-boarding or telecalling
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have good convincing and negotiating skills
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 2,00,000 to 3,00,000
