Onboarding Specialist - B2B Vertical - Fintech (2-5 yrs)
Key roles & responsibilities :
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for :
- The successful onboarding of customers who have signed up with us, but need assistance with connecting relevant data sources to complete our onboarding process.
- The acquisition of new customers interested in using to help their business grow, you will be responsible for improving the operational efficiency and processes
- Support the Business Development representatives by taking potential customers through the Onboarding process.
- Educate potential customers about our products and value proposition, while representing our brand and building trust.
- Adhere to the business development sales process, collecting customer feedback and communicating relevant feedback to leadership team.
- Report on key metrics and provide guidance on best practices to help drive revenue growth.
- Work cross-functionally with business development, customer success, Investment product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering departments.
- Work around time sensitive TAT's on customer onboarding and capital mobilization timelines.
- Strategically and quickly address customer concerns and issues driving them to resolution efficiently.
What we are looking for :
- 2-5 years of experience as onboarding specialist in B2B Fintech, Banking preferred
- You should be comfortable with outbound, selling activities and working in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales organization.
- Background in customer onboarding, business operations preferred.
- Collaboration skills : Proven experience acting as a liaison between a variety of departments and Stakeholders.
- Relationship-building : Cross functionally builds trust not only with customers but also with other internal departments.
- Analytical and Presentation skills : able to collect, present and share data in a polished, meaningful way to drive quantitative and qualitative output.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
- Have a deep knowledge of CRM software and the administration of them. Previous experience on Hubspot or similar is preferred.
