Onboarding Associate - Brand Team - Internet/Online (1-3 yrs)

About Team:
As part of your role as Onboarding Associate, you will be responsible for onboarding and maintaining brand health.
Responsibilities:
- Build content and inventory integration mechanism for brands on track and improve item level metrics for your portfolio of brands
- Ensure timely content refreshes and quality catalog on the platform
- Improve frequency and accuracy of sensitive inventory data
- Analyse content and inventory data to increase coverage on a daily basis
- Coordinate and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Deep dive and identify pain points to improve overall onboarding process
Requirements:
- 1+ years of seller/brand/client onboarding experience
- Experience working with/managing cross functional teams
- Advanced data skills especially Microsoft Excel
- IT literacy in terms of databases and queries preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Bachelors in computer science, sciences or engineering preferred
