Client Management - Win them over
- Earn client trust as a partner who can be relied upon to deliver results
- Manage client expectations, and proactively anticipate and resolve day to day issues and client conflicts in an effective manner
- Contribute to the overall achievement of the company business plan by ensuring high client satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Provide crisis communication advice and support
- Be able to take a brief and identify, evaluate and propose suitable avenues/ engagements not limiting only to media outreach for a wider connect and reach to the client's stakeholders; for eg: event participation, speaker opportunities, industry body associations, other industry partnerships etc.
- Be able to draft all communication formats - articles, press releases, pitch documents, monthly reports and coverage dossiers
- Be able to advise clients and the team on the latest trends in media
- Be able to deliver reporting and measurement for clients
- Ensure client approvals for all expenses are in place, to ensure zero bad debts
- Reconcile all the expenses incurred and submit the invoice to the client on time
- Become proficient in writing and formatting all documents that go to clients
- Be able to prepare high quality documents, examples: Final drafts of: strategy documents, PR plans and proposals and reviews for client meetings
KPIs: Client satisfaction scores on a quarterly basis

- Coach junior staff to become an apt PR professional
- Ensure that you are on-time for all team and client meetings
- Demonstrates professionalism to support building of the firm's reputation in the local market
- Anticipate and flag potential issues related to own work and commitments in a timely manner
- Work with HR to manage own PDP, ensuring that feedback meetings and reviews happen on time, and that PDP commitments are fulfilled
- Ensure that your expenses are submitted on time and that all client related expenses have been given prior approval
- Participate in training and development initiatives as required to acquire the required skills

- Develop strategic PR plans that demonstrate an intimate understanding of the industry and competitor landscape, and helps achieve client business goals
- Active participation in NBD pitches and hone presentation skills
- Be able to put together proposals and pitches to support the new business effort
