Role Description :
- Conceptualizing complex visuals into simple, creative and impact-full collateral's based on requirements.
- Comfortable in quick turn around for graphics across various media like info graphics report editing, emailers, posters, illustrations, etc.
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, color, size, type and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Knowledge of other mediums of visual communications like video editing, gifs and animation will gain you brownie points.
Competency and Skill Description :
- Graphic design (Coral Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Basic video editing skills ( Premiere Pro, After effects, Animate )
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
- Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Urge to learn more and grow above the basic role.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Encourage team work through effective delegation across all levels
- Participate in training and development initiatives as required to acquire the required skills
