Client Liaising - Win them over
- Earn client trust as a partner who can be relied upon to deliver results
- Complete deliverables on time, keeping all the parties (client & manager) involved
- Provide first drafts of posts, content calendars, reviews, plans and strategies that require little or no changes from your manager
- Be able to take a brief and execute it across social media channels
- Be able to script stories for multiple formats - blogs, articles, social media campaigns, videos and animation
- Be able to advise clients and the team on the latest trends in content, social media and digital
- Be able to deliver reporting and measurement for clients
- Manage client expectations, and proactively anticipate and resolve day to day issues and client conflicts in an effective manner
- Contribute to the overall achievement of the company business plan by ensuring high client satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Reconcile all the expenses incurred and submit the invoice to the client on time. Also ensure that the collections are done within the credit period
- Be able to prepare high quality documents, examples: first drafts of: strategy documents, social media plans and proposals and reviews for client meetings
KPIs: Client satisfaction scores on a quarterly basis 60%
People Management - Build trust with your team, ensure you can handle things yourself
- Ensure you appropriate role allocation based on resource availability, skills and campaign needs
- Help direct reports manage their workload through advance planning and prioritization
- Put in place systems that enable overall workload management without micro-management
- Encourage team work through effective delegation across all levels
- Put in place and ensure the execution of a training plan for the entire team to support their skills development
- Demonstrates professionalism to support building of the firm's reputation in the local market
- Anticipate potential issues related to own work and commitments in a timely manner
- Participate in training and development initiatives as required to acquire the required skills

New Business - Help OP win more
- Develop strategic PR (PR that includes content and digital) plans that demonstrate an intimate understanding of the industry and competitor landscape, and helps achieve client business goals
- Proactively support new business development by identifying new business opportunities and converting those that come in
- Be able to put together proposals and pitches to support the new business effort
