On-Boarding Executive - IT (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
Holds responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients as per the set SLA's, by doing system configuration, trainings, follow-ups & handover to the Customer Support team after successful completion of software implementation.
Job Duties :
- Taking the handover of accounts from Sales team
- Briefing the Software Implementation Process to Client
- Providing detailed brief on the configuration file format and data file formats in order to understand client's business
- Completion of data upload and system configuration as per On-boarding timeline
- To on-board new client as per the set SLA's
- Documentation / Updation of summary of each ticket, call, chat as a casestudy for reference
- Handling clients query/ concerns via calls, chat and emails, live chat etc
- Contribution to the knowledg base bank by providing the write on tutorials
- Liaising between relevant teams to resolve client queries
- Conducting Product & Feature trainings with clients as per SLA's
- Conducting Online Webinars (one to many only training) once a month
- Ensuring on time handover to the Support team as per the on-boarding SLA's
- Identifying ideas/ scope to minimize the overall time for software implementation through automation, development strategies etc
- Help provide leads to sales team by identifying scope of software implementation to the client's existing fitness centre or new /upcoming branches
