Position Overview :
Self- motivated target driven resource to deliver on sales objectives deploy and monitor execution of promotions and other market initiatives within the sales strategy of the company with the objective of driving volume, value and market share objectives in the assigned area.
Key Stakeholders :
Internal: Head - Sales
Educational Qualification : MBA/Graduate
Experience: 3-5 years (Hardcore Sales/Supervisory Exp.)
Competencies & Responsibilities :
- Understanding of Sales and Retail background, Leadership skills, Communication skills, Basic IT skills, Objective Orientation, Business Development, Process Management, Commercial Acumen, Negotiation skills, Market execution
- Review and Reporting: Collate data and prepare reports to track various parameters e.g. Sales Efficiency, Sales Achievement and share the score card with the Sales Head and HR. Review and follow the SOP - Sales for better business tracking
- In order to ensure that the sales infrastructure in the assigned areas meets defined norms, Business development, End to end managing the Mumbai region
- Customer Complaint Handling: Resolve customer issues by meeting the partners. if the nature of the complaint is serious or on escalation, Revert to the partner on the on with the Action Taken Report
- Shortlist Trade promotion alternatives arrive at mechanism options and operation period. Submit Proposal in a pre-defined format. Measure activity performance at periodic intervals on objective parameters.
- Coordinate recruitment of wellness staff and work closely with the HR. Provide orientation and training to selected employees
- Consumer Promos (Strategy and Execution): Communicate to the Visual Merchandising team on the objectives of the consumer promotion and the execution details
