Designation: Sales Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries through email & Calls.
- Communicate before and after sending quotation / proposal.
- Maintaining their record and updating comments in CRM.
- Co-ordinate with clients for daily orders and material requirement.
- Payment Follow-up.
- Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
- Supporting the sales team.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing clients to gain repeat business wherever possible.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or relevant role
- Good English communication skills - including both verbal and written.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
- Calls and Emails to cold and warm leads.
- Education Qualification: Any Graduate.
