Responsibilities and Duties :
- The candidate will be required to work closely with the founding team while heading the communication & technical support team.
The job will include :
- Manage multiple Communication channels - Telephone lines, mails.
- Manage a team of executives to ensure best customer experience is delivered.
- Deliver on targets of customer satisfaction & efficiency.
The job will include both pre sales & after sales.
Key Skills :
1. Ability to communicate & handle customers.
2. Relevant experience of working in a team of a company.
3. A keen planner & robust executioner.
4. 1-2 yrs of experience customer handling, vertical ownership.
