Job Brief : We are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative who can identify and reach out to new leads, qualify them and push them further down the sales funnel.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understand and effectively express Omnify's business proposition to prospective clients and be able to assess their business needs.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales opportunities.
- Construct a robust sales pipeline to prioritize the target account lists strategically.
- Use multi-channel approaches (Social Media, Emails, Cold Calling) to create interest among the prospect base.
- Manage and use multiple sales enablement tools.
- Strong research skills to understand target companies to drive worthwhile conversations.
- Accurately track all sales activity and forecasting in the CRM.
- Collaborate with members from other departments to identify improvements to product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies, and so on.
- Manage the portfolio of existing customers and drive referrals proactively.
- Always be hitting targets.
- Flexible with US Shift.
Job Requirements :
- Prior Outbound Sales development experience in a SaaS/B2B company.
- Clear, concise, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
- Strong research skills ability to absorb information from multiple sources and make it actionable .
