Omniflo - Manager - Sales (5-13 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Chennai. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve our goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for Chennai that is aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government officials.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations in Chennai, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and customer relationship management.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team that is committed to delivering exceptional results.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of effectively managing a sales team and achieving business goals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
