Omnicuris - Team Lead - Sales (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Share insights from client interactions with product teams to enhance product capabilities
- Manage entire customer deal life cycle from prospecting to deal closure stage
- Identify potential buyers and convert them into actual sale. Expand our networks through different sales channels.
Lead Generation :
- Leverage his/her network to generate sales opportunities with assigned clients
- Proactively contact key stakeholders in the client organization to pitch OC offerings
- Engage stakeholders at multiple levels with OC solutions aligned to their KRAs
Solution Sales
- Understand the client's specific challenge and solution approach
- Tailor a solution aligned with these requirements, and present it to the client
- Negotiate with the client on project value, key deliverables, contractual and payment terms
Sales Process
- Be responsible to resolve escalations that Omnicuris or the client may have with the project
- Adhere to the sales process, and update trackers with the latest developments for review
- Understand the client's buying process and key solution evaluation parameters
Key Result Areas
- Orders Booked
- Sales Opportunities Funnel
- Project Win Rate / Hit Rate
- Sales Forecast Accuracy
Requirements
- 3-6 years of sales management experience
- Strong business sense and sales expertise
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
