Role & responsibilities:
- The customer success manager is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to doctors nationwide for digital medical education programs
- Ensure that customer service calls and cases are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
- Establishing work procedures and processes that ensure a high quality communications with clients as well as users on the platform
- Uses appropriate judgment in escalating the issues to the relevant department/individual
- Making outbound calls to collect feedback about platform content in order to improvise the relevancy of educational programs as well as to improve features on platform
- Manage various communication channels like social media, live chat and emails to engage with users in order to provide quick resolution of issues
Requirement: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in working / managing customer support team across voice / chat / email and social
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills
- Innovative solution seeking attitude
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks to completion
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Basic computer skills including MS word, excel, power point etc
