The position offers the opportunity for an energetic individual to be part of the founding team and be mentored by the Country head who is an IIM graduate with significant experience at leading B2B MNCs. The individual must love high velocity sales transactions, should have a nimble, high quality mindset, and should love to create and institutionalize business process to accelerate sales order management.

Job description : Sales Operations Specialist

Optimal work experience: 2-3 years.

Qualification: Bachelors, and MBA is preferred

Location: Bangalore

We are a very fast paced hungry B2B business. The Individual will have opportunity to work on a new problem every day and apply mind and produce energy to create organizational capacity for high quality, high velocity customer facing transactions. While it is impossible to summarize all you will get to do; here is a sampler:

- Sales Order Management: Daily coordination between sales, sales accounts, warehouse to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment. Create and Operationalize efficient order management process including maintenance of order fulfillment data in SAP.

- Sales Order Process efficiency: Create, execute and institutionalize sales order management process from Quote Cash. Review and improve order process speed and accuracy. Manage the process of submitting a Quote, Discount management, Order communication, sales invoicing, Insurance, Dispatch compliance and Receivables management.

- Warehousing & RMA Management: Manage stocking and issue of marketing collateral, demo units, warehouse contractual governance. The incumbent will work with the technical support group to ensure management of repairs, RMA, Warranty governance etc.

- Sales Process automation: The Role will be responsible for successful planning and execution of sales accounting projects such as SAP implementation and Roll out in coordination with corporate Office.

- Sales Planning, Forecasting: Prepare and consolidate Sales order forms. Periodic physical verification and verification with SAP inventory position. Revenue forecasting and Reordering.

- CRM & Sales Pipeline Management: Responsible for CRM process management. Ensure sales pipeline data quality and freshness. Scan and sanitize published database of partners and customers. Support frontline sales by continually monitoring and pursuing pipeline.

- Import process management: Coordinate with seller, CHA, warehouse to ensure smooth equipment import process including completing paperwork, checking Bill of entry, clearing customs payments and import compliance management.

- Office Management: Be the custodian of statutory compliance eg. registration certificates, attendance management, Legal contracts, NDA, employment contracts filing and compliance. Office administration -statutory, employee welfare, vendor consolidation.
