Omnicomm - Executive - Inside Sales (0-2 yrs)
Overview: Looking for young and vibrant individual with good communication skills and proficient in multiple languages. The candidate should be energetic and persuasive enough to quality and convert cold prospects to potential customer. The candidate should have a zeal for selling of enterprise level solutions, following up and recording feedback from exiting customers.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Out bond calls to the leads provided
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database/CRM
- Follow up with customers and sales team
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Sales Support
- Search leads online
