OmniActive Health Technologies - Executive - Sales Support (3-5 yrs)
Job description :
- Monitoring Sample communicating them with external customers to keep them updated of developments - EU-Europe + Brazil / SA-South America
- Sending and managing of Quotations for Europe
- Follow up on Queries and communicating the same to sales person - EU (Asia Middle East and Africa - AMEA occasionally)
- To acknowledge order receipt to customers and the sales team and track the orders until they have been dispatched and update the sales teams and customers on the same. - EU + Brazil / South America
- Marketing support in terms of ensuring print material and samples are provided as per request. Maintaining adequate marketing material stock - EU + SA+AMEA
- Coordination with customer/ sales team (follow up for payments and clear vendor invoices, commission & logo rebate etc )
- To support the sales team in terms of distributor/other contracts, NDAs & CDA's
- To coordinate ~ forecast from the sale team and with the production department to ensure material availability - EU & AMEA
- Support activities related forecasting, inventory management, budget tracking and sales review analysis, essentially collection of information from forward action
teams and sharing the same with concerned departments.
- SAP entries & validation for orders, requisitions, sampling etc. (Should also take up responsibility of below process in absence of Sales support Executive - SAP person)

- Sample SDI mfg & R&D
- SO creation
- PR generation
- SRN generation
- Bulk PO generation
- Credit block releases
- Proforma Invoices
- Expense Invoices booking
- Maintaining order-master file & Status
- Price master updating
- DHL samples / documents dispatches
Key skill sets/expectation :
1 Should have attention to detail and ownership of tasks given
2 Incumbent could be male or female with a logical thinking process
3 Experience of 2 years or so in customer service would be added advantage (essential to have a customer focus)
4 Should be clear in thoughts and able to articulate his / her thoughts
