Omni Bridge Solutions - Manager - Inside Sales (4-14 yrs)
Job Title : Inside Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
1. Manage daily operations of the inside sales function
2. Ensure quality and relevance of the leads generated
3. Hire, coach and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
4. Generate and distribute weekly reports to continuously improve performance
5. Work closely with Sales and Marketing functions to build a strong funnel
6. Bring in best practices from prior experience and implement them for the team
7. Update the team on new solutions being offered
Deliverable :
1. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and client appointment settings
2. Positive prospect impressions for Omni Bridge
3. Strategize account plans to generate business opportunities
Requirements :
1. 5+ years of experience in inside sales for a technology company, preferably services
2. Any Graduate.MBA in Marketing with excellent academics preferred
3. Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
4. Structured approach to the sales cycle, good understanding of the technology industry
5. Willingness to work at odd-hours to be able to call on USA (80%), Europe (15%) and Asia(5%) customers
