Job Roles And Responsibilities :
1. Inform customers about all products in the company, their uses, and benefits.
2. Call customers using our database, explain our products and services, thereby generating interest in the minds of the customers.
3. Answer questions about products or the company.
4. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
5. Enter and update customer information in the database.
6. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
7. Go the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
9. Preparing proposals for training.
Competencies And Skills Required :
1. Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in English.
2. Selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills.
3. Service orientation.
