Omka Tech - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
- Must be conversant with the IT business development process including initiating calls, understanding requirements, proposals, price negotiation, deal closure, contract, etc.
- Should have Lead Management skills with the ability to create business pipelines and plan the business accordingly.
- Candidates should have prior experience acquiring projects related to e-commerce, websites, mobile applications (iOS & Android), etc.
- Making the presentation/proposals to the clients, negotiating rates, and following up till the closure.
- Communication and negotiation skills are required
- Can generate leads using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
- Interacting with new as well as existing clients and generating business from both.
- Maintaining a regular follow-up and relationship with the clients.
- Answering queries through emails and follow-up calls
Required Candidate profile :
- At least 2 years of experience in handling IT business development
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Candidate must be good at email communications.
- Candidate must be an open learner and possess good IT sales knowledge.
- Approachable and vibrant personality.
- Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
