About the job :

- We are looking for Customer Sales Representative for US Shift - International Sales. A customer sales representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison and provide product and service information about our product. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Customer Sales Representatives can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction by fulfilling their needs with our product.

Timing of Shift : 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Responsibilities :

Customer Sales Responsibilities list :

- Receiving inbound phone calls

- Generate sales leads

- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies


Requirements :

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

- Fresher's with good command over English language are welcome

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- High school diploma or Graduation.

- English should be fluent
