Qualification : Graduate/MBA in Marketing
Experience : (7 to 12 Yrs) in Real Estate Call Centre/CRM
- Must have thorough knowledge in Real Estate CRM process.
- Must be very clear about IBR System, Process of solving Customer queries & escalation.
- Must be very thorough about different payment plans in Real Estate sector.
- Prior experience with International/Domestic call center is highly desirable.
- Experience in Call Centre operation Manager would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Real Estate CRM would be an added advantage.
- Must be very good in Customer Segmentation, Customer Relationship Management & Customer Loyalty program.
- Must be capable enough in handling, Training the call center executives
- Must be proficient in checking the quality of calls randomly.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Proficiency in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Good presentation skill and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to convince the team in line with common vision
