Olyk - Relationship Manager - Sales (3-6 yrs)
We are OLYK, an online global music school. We work with the best teachers to impart music knowledge in countries all over the globe. We are looking for a relationship manager for our USA Market.
Please find below the Roles and Responsibilities of the same
- Ensure operations on the teacher side run smoothly in terms of teacher onboarding, demos and regular classes
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction and class quality
- Manage customers and their requests when it comes to their classes which includes but not limited to reschedules, cancellations etc
- Help the sales and teacher community team with any help they require with teachers on onboarding, demos or classes
- Ensure that the customer journey is followed and adhered to in a correct manner
- Ensure our renewals target is met in terms of customers and amount
Basic Qualifications :
- We encourage fresh graduates with Internship Experience
- Fluent English- Speaking and Written is a must
- Should know how to use email and MS Office in terms of Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Must have their own laptop
