- Talking to customers and sorting out any customer related queries
- Selling and Upselling our packages to our customers
- Helping us build a great customer service team
- Drive growth and build a great relationship with customers
- Grievance redressal to be done in a timely manner
- Carry out any administration related duties to ensure things run on time
