- 1-4 years of Telesales experience

- Fluent with English and Hindi

What you will be doing:

- Language proficiency is must in English and Hindi

- Conversion Targets to be met and exceeded on a day on day basis

- Login Hours to be clocked in daily

- Target for average number of calls with the targeted AHT to be attained

- Call Quality to be adhered to and quality targets to be met and exceeded
