OLX - Territory Sales Manager (1-5 yrs)
- Get the sale- using various customer sales methods
- Generating revenue and onboard new customers
- Forecast sales, develop - out of the box- sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Attend the meeting, sales events and pieces of training to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Keeping in touch with your prospects and existing clients through different channels, whether thru phone, email, SMS, chat, etc. and maybe even a face-to-face visit to build and improve client relationships
- Planning your days and weeks ahead to make sure you maximize your time and spend more on actual conversations with dealers
- Keeping track of your key performance indicators, and making sure you are performing at or above the standards set by your team lead/s
- Drive launch of new products if any within the area of operations
