OLX - Retail Associate - Sales (2-4 yrs)

- We are looking for Retail Associate who can negotiate the Car price with the customer to procure the same.
- The job location is Jaipur #LI-onsite.
- This role is for a fixed-term contract of 3 months. Renewal will depend on employee's performance rating and business requirements. Contract shall automatically expire on the last day if it is not renewed or terminated
What you will do :
- Address the customer and negotiate on car price for procuring the same.
- Manage the pool of leads and following up on the same for early closure.
- Would be customer-centric role.
- Retail Associate is the negotiator who interacts with customer after inspection of the car.
Who we are looking for :
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- 2 or more years of experience in Sales
- Must be a graduate.
- Prior used car market experience would be an add on advantage.
