OLX People - Telecaller (0-1 yrs)
- The tele caller will be expected to not only make outbound calls but to achieve the purpose of making the calls.
- The candidate will also ensure to enter the details of the interaction in the system.
- Making outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through different source and counsel them for admissions
- Handling queries of candidates looking for our courses and providing program information
- Convincing the students for enrolment & generating walk-ins for courses Assisting Sr. Counsellor to convert Walk-ins to admissions
