Job Description - Business Development Manager
What you will do :
- Responsible to sign-up and retain Builders, Developers and Brokers in allocated target areas for participation and visibility products on OLX Real Estate.
- Partnering with the Realtors by providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their success on OLX platform.
- Ability to generate predictable revenue on target consistently
- Ability to build strong Realtor relationships
- Synthesizing and prioritizing Realtor's feedback into actionable recommendations for processes and product
What we are looking for :
- 3+ years experience, Experience (preferably from real estate industry) of selling classified's product to brokers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Go getter, able to work around roadblocks
- Strong team player
- Setup a Channel Partner pool for renewal/new packages and continuous business revenue.
- Passionate about Real Estate
