Role; Associate - Corporate Sales (New Business Development)

Location; Bangalore (HSR Layout), Mumbai (Sakinaka), Gurugram (Unitech Cyber Park, Sec-39).

Experience; 6 Month to 2 Years

We are looking for a Sales professional responsible for promoting, pitching and business development for Staffing and Recruitment Solution offering for OLX People chipping in bringing new business portfolio and logos. The holder for this role will eventually be tasked on improving sales over MOM and YOY basis and achieve the desired targets and goals.

What you would be doing every day!

Job Description : 

Key Responsibilities : 

- Lead Generation

Visiting corporate parks and business offices with a mission to map and educate employer HR POC's about organisation recruitment offerings through Cold Calling, Online Lead Generation via Professional Networking Sites.

- Follow up;

Setting up meetings and on-boarding employers as clients over telephonic interactions, email confirmations and face to face meetings.

- Sales Presentation;

Holds the organisation banner high by deftly communicating recruitment solutions to recruiting professionals in Corporates, SME's and Start-ups.

- Data Management and Account Mapping;

Maintain daily collected data in DSR and update sales funnel progress and successes.

- Agreements;

Sharing association agreements and LOI's with clients and file these before commencing servicing.

- Handover;

Facilitate closed deals with the OlxPeople Client Servicing Team and ensure complete knowledge transfer's and ensuring successful delivery.

- Revenue Targets;

Share and keep track of invoices getting cleared to accomplish revenue targets and achieve bonus pay's.

Evaluation & Desired Proficiencies;

- Lead Generation and Database Development.

- Lead Conversion and Successful Invoicing within defined timelines.

- Quarterly/Monthly revenue generated from your accounts.

- Initiates relevant conversations and pitching solutions related to recruitment & staffing industry.

- 1 Yr. B2B experience in corporate sales targeted at HR function.

- Should be resident in the same city for more than 2+years (Preferred)

- Proficiency in Spoken and Written English, Punctual and Meticulous.

- Keen to learn recruitment industry practices and challenges.

- Preferred Industries - Staffing, HR Tech (Payroll, Expense Management, Compliance), B2B Sales - Job Portal, Corporate Gifting Solutions.

- Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate. MBA Preferred from an institute of repute.
