We are looking for Area Sales Managers for our Team in Hyderabad.

What responsibilities will you get when working with us :

- Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for the key accounts/area

- Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive P&L across all used cars product solutions across the control area

- Responsible to direct large dealer signs up as per the defined targets

- Responsible for dealer sign ups targets for the team

- Responsible for maintaining the key dealer network and resolve issues if any locally

- Responsible for collection of subscription fee from all partner dealers and timely submission

- Manage the entire team of field staff to ensure that the company goals are achieved

- Market related understanding and feedback specific to the Area

- Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions

- Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans

- Drive launch of new products if any within his are of operation

What will you need to be successful in this role :

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Prior experience of managing and leading a sales team, Preferably Retail sales, FMCG, Consumer Electronics Industry

- Should be a team player

- People with minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience

- Strong project management and coordination skills
