Job Title - Account Manager - Telesales
Key Responsibilities :
1.Candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
2.Should have outbound sales experience.
3.Regular follow up with new and existing customers.
4.Person should have good negotiations skills.
5. FRESHERS with Excellent Communication Skills are WELCOME.
Experience :
One year plus experience in outbound sales calling.
Other Responsibilities:
1.Conversion targets to be met and exceeded on a day to day basis.
2. Target for average number of calls with the targeted AHT to be attained.
3. Call Quality adherence.
Education Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream
Language proficiency:
- Good spoken English
Target Industry:
- BPO with outbound sales process, collection and recovery process.
Other Details:
- 5 days working (Rotational Off)
