Work Nature :
- Constantly understand, research our Market Segment, related Bigger Picture and Customer Segments, Psyche.
- Research and find new Leads & Contacts. Build / Groom Prospects Database.
- Explain / Brief / Demonstrate Product, Offerings to prospective clients / customers ( Businesses / Companies / SMEs ), Address Questions, Sales Objections, Influence, Build Trust, Inform, Convince as part of a trusted-based, helping, consultative Sales Approach.
- Understand the Prospect ( needs, state, preferences, mindset ) and Customise / Individualise approach, pitch, solution, proposal.
- Email / Message Sales, Direct Marketing Communications.
- Work in end-to-end Sales process / cycle, as needed.
- Work with Conversion Targets ( minimal / reasonable ).
- Minimal Local / Cross-State Travel needs. Not a deal breaker.
- Mentor entry level team members of Sales Team.

- MBA from Tier 2 Institutes / Any Degree from reputed institutes, colleges / Above Average
Breed / Good Aptitude, IQ, EQ.
- Very Good Oral & Written Communication. Good People / Social skills.
- 0-2 years experience in a Sales Team of a B2B Tech / Internet Startup, Company serving SMEs in India or Global Market, preferably.
