Content & General Responsibilities :
- Lead and inspire a team of content creators and SEO specialists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate content and SEO into our overall marketing strategy.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely content execution.
- Align content and SEO efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Technical and On-Page :
- Conduct thorough website evaluations and identify technical issues.
- Craft recommendations for website improvement, from structure to content.
- Conduct intent-based keyword research and create industry-standard metadata.
- Perform content audits and analyze keyword gaps.
Off-page & Local SEO :
- Develop authoritative link-building strategies.
- Expertise in guest blogging, influencer, brand, HARO, and product review link building.
Strategy & Performance :
- Define a strategy to boost organic website traffic.
- Innovate new SEO tactics and growth strategies.
- Monitor project progress and address issues proactively.
Requirements :
- Having an EdTech background is Must.
- 3/4 years of content and SEO leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Team leadership and motivation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools.
- Passion for digital marketing and industry trends.
Preferred Skills :
- Proven track record achieving page 1 rankings.
- Experience with link cleansing campaigns.
- Proficiency in designing and executing link-building strategies.
