Oliveboard - Senior Executive - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
- Oliveboard is looking for a Senior Business Development Associate with at least 2 years of professional experience as a Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for managing and growing Oliveboard's Sales team to achieve the set Sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hire Freelance sales executives through various hiring platforms
- Onboard freelancers based on the SOPs and train them on product, sales processes
- Monitor and motivate the freelance Sales team on a daily basis
- Achieve the Team's weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage MIS and ensure relevant reports are shared and dashboards are maintained
- Generate invoices and coordinate with internal teams towards payments
Key Requirements :
- Any Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer interaction through cold calling.
- Must Speak English & Hindi Fluently
- Strong inclination towards understanding Customer Issues & resolving them
- Working Knowledge of CRM tools like LeadSquared/Zoho CRM/Salesforce is a plus
- Must be proficient at MS Excel
- Willing to work 6 days a week (Mon to Sat)
