Summary :
- Oliveboard is hiring for a Student Success Manager with at least 2 years of experience in any EdTech company as a Content Writer (or) Marketing role
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high level mentorship to current banking exam aspirants that are a part of Oliveboard Mentorship Program.
- Increase & maintain high Student Satisfaction Scores of students in our Mentorship batch.
- Handle complete end to end relationship of our Mentorship batch students.
- Connect with assigned batch students on a weekly basis.
- Give feedback to Students on their performance growth & relevant steps needed to improve performance.
- Handle end-to-end execution of email, other communication to mentorship students.
- Handle operations of 1:1, group calls with Super Mentors, improve call attendance.
- Coordinate with Super Mentors, Faculty mentors for call scheduling.
- Reporting of Key Statistics as per the set dashboards.
Skills/Qualifications :
- Must have in depth knowledge of government exams, preferably an ex-aspirant of Banking exams, cleared at least prelims level of any Bank Exam.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a b2c EdTech company.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
