Oliveboard - Manager - Inside Sales (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :


- Outbound calls for Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with the objectives

- Proactively identify the cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing users

- Work closely with the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

- Should have experience in Telesales - Call center metrics

- Build & manage a strong Inside sales team with a deep understanding of consumer buying, support tools and CRM

- Closely coordinate with other cross functional teams to achieve the revenue targets

- Mentor the team on product knowledge, domain understanding and customer handling

- Define, track, and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze the key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters

- Analyze the existing internal tools and work on enhancements to improve productivity.

Key Requirements :

- At least four years of sales and customer service experience via calls and live chat

- Effective communication skills - English and Hindi

- Excellent team management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

- Basic knowledge of various competitive exams

- Knowledge of social media platforms
