Oliveboard - Inside Sales Specialist (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Connect with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to understand their educational needs and preferences.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our educational solutions.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and marketing teams to help improve our offerings.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 0- 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably in the Edtech or consumer technology sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and establish trust with individual customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
