Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls for conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
- Pitch various products including mock tests, analytics and online learning platform
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with the objectives
- Proactively identify the cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing users
- Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer queries through chat and inbound calls
- Provide constant customer feedback to the product and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of Sales & BD experience via calls and live chat
- Basic knowledge about TNPSC exams is a plus
- Effective communication skills - English and Tamil (Mandatory)
- Any other regional language expertise - Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali is a plus.
- Understanding of CRM tools
- Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
