Oliveboard - Executive - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Role : Business Development Executive
Location : Bangalore
Responsibilities :
- Should be proficient in LeadSquared and categorization of leads and activities related to improvement in the Lead score
- Experience of clocking in monthly target of 4 Lacs as the base target in the MBA entrance exam category (CAT,NMAT,XAT,TISS,SNAP)
- Must be from the Edtech sector having a minimum experience of 2+ years
- Must be familiar with the lead score improvement processes like engaging the users to attempt Mocks, see videos and sale premium versions of the same to users
- Must be proficient in English and good communication skills is non-negotiable
- Empathy for users and ability to grasp user preferences in exam category at a fast pace
Requirements :
- 2+ years in the Edtech space (done post grad calling like MBA entrances, MBA courses -distance learning)
- Clocking in monthly revenue target of min 4 lacs (base target)
- Bachelors/Masters from any discipline, good communication skills, well versed with LeadSquared, negotiation skills, empathy for users
