Oliveboard - Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound calls for conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
- Pitch various products including mock tests, analytics, and online learning platform
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with the objectives
- Proactively identify the cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing users
- Handle customer queries through chat and inbound calls
- Provide constant customer feedback to the product and marketing teams.
Key Requirements :
- 0 to 1 year of Sales & BD experience via calls and live chats
- Excellent communication skills - English & Hindi (mandatory)
- Understanding of CRM tools
- Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of various competitive exams is a plus
