delivering a more data driven form of learning where students can learn through videos and live classes while taking various kinds of practice tests anytime and on any device. The adaptive engine continuously provides feedback to help the users to help improve their performance.
Responsibilities:
- Drive community growth and achieve key metrics through strategic initiatives.
- Actively engage with our student community across various platforms, including Telegram, forums, Quora, and other online channels.
- Share relevant content with the community, including educational resources, new products, and features.
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries, comments, and messages.
- Organize community events such as quizzes, polls, and live sessions to boost engagement.
- Utilize tools like Telegram bots to streamline community interactions.
- Actively gather feedback from the community to identify areas for improvement, particularly for product, and provide insights to the internal team
- Monitor community activity and address issues or violations of guidelines promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously evolve community engagement strategies
- Identify and collaborate with community influencers.
- Encourage positive word-of-mouth and brand advocacy
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms & forums
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with community members.
- Knowledge of various competitive exams & willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of content creation
- Enthusiasm for engaging with online communities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Familiarity with social media / community management tools is a plus
