Oliveboard - Category Manager (3-6 yrs)
Role : Category Manager - Banking/ SSC & Railways
Location : Bangalore (In Office Job)
Responsibilities :
- Improvise the current business plan and execute the revenue strategy
- Focus on user customer acquisition and conversion rate
- Define the key OKRs. Analyze the daily/weekly/monthly performance
- Build and scale the Inside sales team
- Continuous market research along with the focus on the overall competition
- Devise long-term development strategies for category growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Suggest product ideas and enhancements through constant feedback loop
Requirements :
- 5+ years relevant experience in business development or experience as category head in an eCommerce company
- Solid understanding of category management and business development principles
- A motivational leader who leads by example
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- EdTech understanding is an added advantage
