Oliveboard - Associate - Sales (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Working closely with Business team to ensure successful closure.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
- Lead qualification and timely follow-up
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Documentation of daily activities
- Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next meeting, and suggest additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
Requirements :
- Work Experience: 0-1 years
- A graduate in any stream
- Demonstrated telephone etiquette, experience in EdTech industry or handling outbound calls
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and prioritising skills
- Experience in operating CRM software is a plus
- Have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in English & Hindi, Spoken and Written
